This product is a multi-axis CNC external broaching machine for tenon slots, available in both vertical and horizontal configurations. It is widely used for broaching disc grooves, offering high precision, efficiency, and stability as a specialized tenon slot broaching solution. Used for tenon groove machining of parts made of stainless steel, high-temperature alloys, powder metallurgy high-temperature alloys, and other materials.

1. High rigidity and overload prevention of the cutting shaft

The main drive is composed of a spindle motor, a safety coupling, a gear reducer, a helical gear, and a helical rack. The safety coupling is set up to prevent overload, connecting the motor out put shaft and the gearbox input shaft. When the preset torque is exceeded, an alarm will be triggered and displayed on the screen.

2. High precision A-axis, B-axis(horizontal A-axis, C-axis)indexing device

High configuration: FAG/INA bearings+Heidenhain grating ruler;

High precision: Rotation positioning accuracy of 0. 001°(4"); End face runout< 0. 02, radial runout< 0. 02.

3. Fully closed-loop precise control

Servo-driven with a high-rigidity mechanical structure and grating scale feedback, dynamically correcting errors to achieve flawless broaching precision.
