Many Biggest manufacturers of vehicle brake disc took the new material brake disc to our factory for testing double disc grinding machine. The Machine can remove 0.4mm per time(about 4minutes),the thickness tolerance is about 0.003mm.

The grinding process usually adopts a vertical brake disc turning and grinding machine. In order to pursue processing efficiency, the upper and lower parallel end faces of the brake disc are directly ground and formed at one time during the grinding process of the brake disc, which avoids the error caused by the secondary clamping. Some superhard alloy tools and composite tools are also often used, such as ceramic blades, composite drills, etc. The existing technological process is: casting blank - rough turning - fine turning - grinding - cleaning - packaging.
