HOST STRUCTURE CHARACTERISTICS

1. The machine adopts a vertical layout, with the upper and lower spindle components located inside the upper and lower housings, and the feeding components located at the front of the housing. The structure is compact, rigid, and easy to operate.

2. The upper and lower housings are connected using spherical hinge support connections. The entire machine is referenced to the grinding wheel, and the position accuracy of the upper grinding wheel is adjusted through the hinge support. The radial and axial run out of the upper and lower spindle flange faces is≤0. 003mm.

3. The feeding component can be fed longitudinally in a horizontal direction as a whole. The moving feeding table is connected to the machine base through rigid rails and is driven by a servo+ball screw, which offers high rigidity and high feed accuracy.

4. The mobile feeding table is connected to the base with four pairs of spherical hinge supports, allowing adjustment of the position accuracy of the feeding turntable installation surface relative to the lower grinding wheel to be≤0. 01, ensuring the positioning and processing accuracy of the workpiece.

5. Dual mechanical spindles (internally through grinding fluid), 45KW frequency conversion motor+belt drive, with high power, stable power, and high reliability.

6. The spindle adopts a servo motor+worm gear pair+large diameter high-precision ball screw feed, with a repeatability of 0. 003mm, and can withstand a static load of 180KN.

7. The main shaft bearings are selected with high-precision machine tool-specific bearings from FAG, featuring high rotational accuracy and high reliability.

8. The feed component adopts a servo motor+high-precision gear transmission, selects bearings from brands such as NSK or equivalent, ensuring high motion accuracy and reliability.

9. Reserved automation detection and loading/unloading interface.
