Main Features

1.This machine adopts vertical structure layout, the main structure adopts high-performance castings, and the entire machine tool has excellent rigidity;
2. The workpiece plate of this machine is equipped with an independent servo drive, the electric proportional valve accurately adjusts the pressure,and the transmission is smooth;
3. The upper and lower discs have independent constant temperature systems to effectively control the temperature changes in the processing area and ensure processing accuracy;
4. The upper disc is a universal adaptive structure, and the upper and lower discs fit well, effectively ensuring the surface processing accuracy of the workpiece.

5.Manual and automatic dual operation mode switching. In manual mode, it is convenient to adjust the process parameters, and in automatic mode, it processes according to the set program;
6. It adopts PLC control and dedicated HMl interactive interface.with flexible and reliable control and friendly human-machine interface.
