YHM7418 Precision Double Workstation& Single Surface Grinding Machine
The machine is designed for high precision and efficient grinding of single surface of hard and brittle metal and non-metal materials, such as hard alloy, glass and ceramic, etc.
● It is specifically developed for a new process of high precision grinding of hard and brittle metal and non-metal materials.
● It adopts Mitsubishi PLC& touchscreen control system, HMI friendly.
● Z axis feeding utilizes servo motor& screw rod guide rail unit and electric spindle to drive grinding wheel with handle.
● The feeding mechanism adopts oscillating feeding method with high rigidity double-layer disk feeding seat. The feeding structure adopts hollow sleeve bearing unit, each workstation plate can be driven by servo motor to rotate independently, and the feeding table is driven by servo motor independently to achieve processing and feeding at the same time.
● It adopts vacuum adsorption method, and the digital display vacuum pressure gauge can negative real-time pressure to avoid workpiece falling from low pressure. The function of system is perfect and reasonable, which can realize the effect of long-time vacuum adsorption of thin parts.
● The workpiece oscillates into the grinding area along with the fixture to achieve accurate fixed-point grinding and high precision grinding of single surface.
